DESPI SWIMWEAR will deliver your product within 7 to 10 business days from the confirmation of your financial institution.
Delivery will be based on the information you filled out for your address. If you would like us to send to a different address, simply click the Deliver to another address option.
DESPI SWIMWEAR seeks to maintain the best relationship with its customers through respect and transparency, and therefore we accept returns, with the guarantee of a refund (see policy below).
We accept returns and exchanges within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
There will be absolutely no refund or exchange after the deadline of 30 days from the date of purchase.
All tags which include labels and sanitary liners should all be attached to the item for a full refund.
Used, dirty, worn, damaged or washed items can not be returned.
If the merchandise has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it without any additional cost.
