General Information

Shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order before any deductions. On backordered items, the total shipping and handling fees will be charged on the first shipment. The remaining backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no charge.

All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.


Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


DESPI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Customers who contact us within 20 business days from shipment date claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

International Duty and Tax

Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. DESPI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to DESPI SWIMWEAR by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

 

Wrong Address, Non-Received Items and Returns

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges incurred by DESPI SWIMWEAR (not as per above table). The price of the item, minus actual shipping charges and any unpaid customs/duties, will be credited once we receive the item from the shipping company. One of our representatives will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

 

 

_ Returns

 

DESPI SWIMWEAR wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what you can do:

 

Return for Refund or Store Credit

Returns must be sent within 20 days of delivery date. Your shipment must simply be postmarked within 20 days of delivery date, not be delivered to DESPI SWIMWEAR within 20 days. Click the START RETURN to begin the return process. Please ensure to meet the conditions of return as outlined below. Orders returned for refund - when all items in an order are returned for refund - are subject to a $5.00 USD one-time restocking fee.

 

Return for Exchange

Returns must be sent within 20 days of delivery date. Your return shipment must simply be postmarked within 20 days of delivery date, not be delivered to DESPI SWIMWEAR within 20 days. You will need to place a New Order for desired sizes/fits, and return items as a normal return for refund. Click the START RETURN button on the right to begin the return process. If you choose to wait for the funds prior to placing your New Order, please select Store Credit during the Returns Process. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items.

 

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, laundered, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and, disposed of or returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. Please note that with Bikinis, should either a returned Top/Bottom be rejected for reasons mentioned above, only the affected/rejected item will be disposed of or returned to the client. Its corresponding piece will be processed normally as a return.

You are advised to not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are certain that the fit and style are to your liking.

Individual return policies may apply on certain products, these will be outlined on product pages.

DESPI SWIMWEAR holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Sales and Clearance Items

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more of full price are Final Sale only. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

At DESPI SWIMWEAR, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

 

International Orders 

Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.

Exchange Process

To make an Exchange for different style/size/fit item, please follow the steps below:

Was it a Gift? No.
Place a New Order for the desired item/size/fit
Follow Return Process above, indicating REFUND for return type option

Was it a Gift? Yes.
Follow Return Process above, indicating STORE CREDIT for return type option
Once your return is received, Store Credit will be issued to you so you may place a New Order for desired item(s).

Please note Shipping charges for returns to DESPI SWIMWEAR are the responsibility of the client. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return for Refund packages must be post-marked no later than 20 days from delivery date. DESPI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
